Feeling Happy or Feeling Sad?
How are you feeling right now? Take a moment and check in with yourself.
If you are feeling happy, give yourself a virtual high 5. It's a busy time of year for a lot of people and we need more happy people around. It helps calm others down too. If you are really happy, maybe check in with your friends and family members and see if you can support them too. Helping others is a great way to feel fulfilled and believe it or not, EVEN HAPPIER!
If you are feeling a bit down, remember that's ok too, we all feel that way sometimes. Take a moment and check in with yourself and ask yourself mentally what's going on for you. Write in your journal all the things going on for you in this moment. Make sure to mentally thank yourself for the sad thoughts that you are having and say to yourself "Thank your for sharing" accepting that it's ok to feel sad is really really important.
Choose to feel HAPPY. Fake it until you believe it.
Write down some positive affirmations in your journal. "I am happy, I am" is a great one. You could even write it on your mirror to remind you to say it to yourself often.
Remember that "This too shall pass"
