I started seeing Nicole when I was feeling directionless, and often felt down and unhappy with the progress I was making in life, putting too much pressure on myself to achieve what I perceived as “success”.
Right from the start of my sessions with Nicole, she introduced me to practical strategies to work on the areas I needed to.
Working with Nicole has helped me be more relaxed about each day, and more relaxed about the future. I’ve learnt to appreciate the smaller things in life more, and find so many more positive moments in every day.

"This morning I had a face-to-face coaching session with Nicole, mainly to re-examine some of my short and long-term goals. I was very impressed with the way Nicole addressed any excuses or indecision, changing negative thought patterns into positive ones using visualization.
