My name is Nicole Wijngaarden, I am a certified Life Coach working with clients in a variety of areas; including relationships, mental health and spiritual awakening/consciousness, awareness and breath work.
I am based in central Wellington working out of a clinic room at Capital Sports Medicine on Featherston Street. I also offer online coaching for those who prefer that.

Why come and see me - a Life Coach? I have a variety of tools that help most people in a fairly short time frame and yes I do charge more than a regular counsellor but you will also get results pretty quickly compared to long term counselling or talk therapy.

This scientifically developed assessment tool gives you a snap shot of your current level of well-being and stress management.
It measures four key dimensions of well-being: stress management, adaptability, resilience and emotional vitality, then compares this data to a normal group of individuals, which provides an accurate reference point.
Finally, the survey will offer recommendations on practical tools to improve your levels should you have a low score in any of the four dimensions.

The Stress and Well-Being Assessment is a powerful tool for assessing your current stress levels. It comprises of a 72 question survey which is based on 12 stress-related components and 4 resilience and well-being components.
The results will drive our coaching session to prioritise a focus area and discuss what tools will best benefit your growth or area you would like to work on.
Once you have completed your assessment, I will be in touch to make a time for a 30-minute coaching session to discuss the results in more detail.

- Community Service and Gold card holders - get in touch with me to discuss pricing prior to booking a session.
- Split payment is also an option for those who can't pay in full at time of coaching. Please get in touch to discuss this if this is something that you would like to do before booking a coaching session.
