Hi, I'm Nicole.

I believe that lasting change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported.

For over 13 years, I have helped individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, or a significant life transition, my role is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore what is happening, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with confidence.

My coaching approach combines practical strategies with mind-body techniques that support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. I help clients understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may be keeping them stuck, while developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life's challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change.

Like many of the people I work with, I understand that life doesn't always unfold as planned. Over the years, I have navigated significant personal and professional transitions that have deepened my understanding of resilience, self-discovery, and what it means to rebuild and move forward. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support others through uncertainty, change, loss, and new beginnings with both empathy and practical guidance.

Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, easy to talk to, and deeply supportive. I am passionate about helping people develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, regulate stress and anxiety, and create lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.

My coaching draws on a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT), HeartMath, mindfulness, breathwork, and emotional resilience practices. Every coaching journey is tailored to the individual, recognising that no two people or situations are the same.

I hold certifications as a Life Coach, HeartMath Coach, mBIT Coach, and NLP Practitioner, and I continue to expand my knowledge in the fields of emotional wellbeing, personal development, relationships, and mind-body health.

Based in Wellington, New Zealand, I work with clients both in person and online throughout New Zealand and internationally.

I specialise in supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Sessions are tailored to your unique circumstances and focus on helping you gain clarity, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and confidence moving forward.

Based at Capital Sports Medicine in Wellington CBD, I work with clients from Wellington City, Petone, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua and the wider Wellington region, as well as clients throughout New Zealand via Zoom.
