Young Adult Coaching & Support
Supporting teenagers, university students, and young adults to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and wellbeing
Young adulthood can be an exciting time of growth, independence, and opportunity. It can also be a time of uncertainty, pressure, stress, and self-doubt. Many young people find themselves navigating significant life changes while trying to manage study, work, relationships, family expectations, and decisions about the future.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, lost, or unsure of your next steps, you are not alone. Coaching provides a safe and supportive space to explore what is happening, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools for moving forward with confidence.
Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, identify what's holding you back, and create strategies that support your wellbeing, personal growth, and future goals.

When Young Adulthood Feels Overwhelming
Young adulthood often comes with pressure to have everything figured out: what to study, which career to pursue, how to manage relationships, where to live, and what kind of future to create. At the same time, confidence may still be developing, and comparison with friends, family expectations or social media can make uncertainty feel even harder.
You may be struggling with motivation, feeling lost about your direction, worrying that you are falling behind, or finding it difficult to manage emotions and everyday responsibilities. Coaching gives you space to slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing and begin identifying practical steps that feel realistic and achievable.
You do not need to have all the answers before seeking support. Sometimes the most helpful starting point is simply having a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk honestly, feel understood and begin finding your way forward.
What We May Explore Together
Coaching sessions are tailored to what is happening in your life and what you would most like support with. You may want to understand why you feel stuck, build confidence in making decisions, manage stress more effectively or develop healthier ways of communicating in relationships.
Together, we may explore:
what is currently causing stress or uncertainty
the thoughts, habits or patterns affecting your confidence
practical tools for managing emotions and overwhelm
study, work or career decisions
relationship and family challenges
motivation, routines and achievable goals
your strengths, values and hopes for the future
The aim is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, recognise your options and feel more confident making decisions that are right for you.
Support for Parents and Young People
Parents often reach out because they can see that a teenager or young adult is struggling but are unsure how best to help. Coaching can provide an independent and supportive space where a young person can speak openly, develop greater self-awareness and build practical skills for managing life more confidently.
Where appropriate, we can discuss how parents can support the coaching process while still respecting the young person’s privacy, independence and need for a confidential space.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with both teenagers and young adults?
Yes. I support teenagers, university students, and young adults who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, low confidence, study pressures, relationship challenges, or uncertainty about the future.
What kinds of challenges can young adult coaching help with?
Young adult coaching can help with stress, anxiety, confidence, relationships, study pressures, career decisions, motivation, emotional wellbeing, and navigating life's transitions.
Do parents attend coaching sessions?
This depends on the age of the young person and their individual circumstances. In most cases, coaching provides a confidential space where young people can talk openly and develop greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
Looking Ahead
Young adulthood is a time of enormous growth and possibility. Although it may not always feel that way, the challenges you're facing today do not define your future. With the right support, greater self-understanding and practical tools, you can build confidence, develop resilience, and create a future that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
