Walk and Talk Coaching
For clients who prefer a less formal setting, I also offer walk and talk coaching sessions. Many people find it easier to talk, reflect, and process their thoughts while walking outdoors in nature rather than sitting face to face in a traditional coaching environment.
Walk-and-talk coaching can be particularly helpful for stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and gaining clarity around important decisions.
Walk and Talk sessions are available along Wellington's waterfront, through the Botanic Garden, or in other suitable outdoor locations, depending on your preferences and mobility. Together, we'll choose the approach that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
