Walk and Talk Coaching
For clients who prefer a less formal setting, I also offer walk-and-talk coaching sessions. Many people find it easier to talk, reflect, and process their thoughts while walking outdoors in nature rather than sitting face-to-face in a traditional coaching environment.
Walk-and-talk coaching can be particularly helpful for stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and gaining clarity around important decisions.
